This delivery policy outlines standard shipping logistics for ReGongches across Pakistan. Terms are subject to final logistics agreements with courier partners and legal counsel review before commercial rollout.

1. Free Delivery Threshold & Standard Rates

Orders with a subtotal of PKR 5,000 or more qualify for complimentary tracked shipping anywhere within Pakistan. For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping charge of PKR 250 is applied at checkout.

2. Dispatch Timelines

Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched from our northern desk or Islamabad hub within 1–2 working days following verification.
Made-to-Order Pieces: Require dedicated loom weaving or embroidery. Hand-tailored waistcoats dispatch in 2–4 days; traditional long choghas and bridal ensembles require 3–5 weeks.
