Returns & 7-Day Size Exchange Policy

We want your mountain heritage piece to fit comfortably. This plain-language policy governs size exchanges and damage claims, subject to final legal review.

1. 7-Day Size Exchange Eligibility

If your ready-to-ship Gilgiti cap, Balti wool cap, or traditional waistcoat does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for an alternate size within 7 calendar days from the delivery date recorded by the courier.

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, perfume, or cosmetic markings.
Original packaging, tissue lining, and the wax-stamped Origin Certificate Card must accompany the return.
Exchange is subject to alternate size availability in our workshop.

2. How to Request an Exchange

Send a WhatsApp message with your order number, photo of the piece, and your head or chest tape measurement. Our sizing coordinator will hold your replacement size and provide return shipping instructions to our Islamabad collection hub.

3. Custom and Bespoke Orders

Pieces tailored to individual customer measurements (bridal ensembles, custom choghas, and personalized embroidered items) are non-returnable for cash refunds. If there is a tailoring discrepancy against your confirmed measurement sheet, alterations are made free of charge.

4. Transit Damage Claims

Every parcel is photographed and sealed before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage or torn packaging, please photograph the parcel before opening and notify us within 24 hours of delivery for immediate replacement [legal review required].
